Meet Our Expert Hardwood Flooring Team
Lou Pronio, Owner
Lou lives with his wife Rachel and their 2 daughters, Lucy & Lily. Lucy is 5 and Lily is 2. He attributes all his hard work towards making a better life for them.
He and brother Gary Pronio both are founders of LG Flooring. Lou is usually the first person of contact at LG Flooring as well as the first one you’ll meet. He’ll be the one to arrive for a free estimate when you book one with LG. His job is mainly doing bids or estimates, assessing the job, and discussing options with customers.
Lou credits his brother for getting him in the industry and also for pretty much everything he knows about flooring. They started LG Flooring in 2018 together. Gary’s 10-12 years of experience has helped Lou understand the craftsmanship side of flooring, while Lou also applies his knowledge of finances and business to make LG Flooring what it is today. Both brothers backgrounds compliment their business well.
The Pronio boys both love turning older worn out hardwood floors into brilliant new refinished floors for their customers. They both say, “restoring the floors of a home is like restoring the life back in to the home.” They like seeing the transformation throughout the process and watching all of their hard work pay off. Lou also says, “ I’m living the American dream, brother!”
Gary Pronio, President
Gary’s official title is President of LG Flooring. He’s the “G” in LG Flooring, but he’s much much more than that!
He’s been in the flooring industry for about 10 or 12 years, but that’s just a rough guesstimate. Nobody knows exactly how long for sure, and Gary doesn’t talk about it! He’s a pretty quiet and private guy by nature, but also a super hard worker.
Gary lives in Leechburg. He has 2 children, Gary III and Kaitlyn and they are 10 & 7. He loves to try different beers and cigars. Pilsners & lagers are 2 of his favorites. Gary is also heavy into sports and loves watching college football. He also loves all things in the flooring business.
On an interesting and humorous note, Gary actually trained everybody at LG Flooring. Anyone new goes through Gary’s personal training also. This includes even his brother, Lou. Gary says, “everyone does everything my way! That way there’s never surprises and things remain consistent with every project we work on.”
Another important part of how LG Flooring operates is that Gary oversees every job. There’s always an owner on site, so you can rest assured it will all be correct!
